  • What is your returns policy?
    Oh no! We're sorry to hear this one didn't work out for you, we understand sometimes purchases are not always right. Items can be returned back to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Refunds exclude item(s) purchased during a sale/promotion. Items must be returned in their original condition. All packaging and tags/garment stickers must be attached. Any garments that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be denied. Please be careful when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have any marks, stains, makeup stains, or odors.
  • What is the status of my order?
    We aim to have all orders shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note during busy, sale, and promotional times we may have small delays. Any orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday are shipped the following business day.   • I’ve entered my shipping address wrong – how can I change it?
    No worries sis! As long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please email customercare@aykimi.co to send an updated delivery address. If your order has been shipped we can attempt to redirect your parcel with USPS but we cannot guarantee it will be possible.
  • I’ve received the wrong item or size?
    If you've double checked your order confirmation and have received the wrong size or item, please reach out to our Customer Care Team.
  • How do I arrange a return?
    To arrange a return for our International customers please email us at customercare@aykimi.co and we will email you further instructions.
  • I placed an order but have not received an order confirmation or any further communication, what should I do?
    Make sure you check your junk/spam folder. If you still can not find it, you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Please reach out to our team at customercare@aykimi.co so they can resend it to your correct email address.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Girl yes we do! However we do not offer refunds on items that were purchased during a sale or using a promotional code.
  • I want to cancel my order, what can I do?
    Once an order is shipped we're unable to cancel the order. Once received you're welcome to make a return with us, as long as your items meet our returns criteria.
  • I want to make a change to my order, what can I do?
    Please email our Customer Care Team as soon as possible.
